Andro Dgebuadze's online lecture : "We have countless colors"
On November 16, 2020, at the initiative and active participation of the members of the Youth Center of the "Young Pedagogues Union", Andro Dgebuadze's online lecture was held: "We have countless colors".
The purpose of the meeting was to gain an in-depth understanding and discussion of the concept of tolerance. An indispensable precondition for the formation of a tolerant society is the existence of tolerant people who are well aware that the world is made up of many different people and that the idea of tolerance lies precisely in the freedom of diversity.
Numerous conflicting postulates were discussed at the meeting. The young people discussed with the invited speaker and concluded that human beings as a living organism are all one and differ only in content. That is, essentially one-countless in form.
November 16 marks the International Day for Tolerance. This day has been celebrated by UNESCO since 1995 and its goal is to raise public awareness about tolerance.
The meeting is organized within the framework of the "Tolerance, Civic Awareness and Integration Support Program" [PITA], implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
