"Development of Entrepreneurship Competence"

On April 17, 18 and 24, with the facilitation of the Young Pedagogues' Union and the involvement of Saga, a project "Skills Development and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia" was presented to teachers of 6 partner schools in Kakheti region.
The training covered topical issues such as:
🔸 Value-based pedagogy
🔹 EU Competency Framework, Entrepreneurial Competence
🔸Ways to develop entrepreneurial skills, activities in a general education institution
🔹 The need for changes in the educational institution, etc.
📌The training was led by invited trainer-consultant Manana Jincharadze.
➡️ Due to the complicated epidemiological situation in the country and Kakheti region, the training was conducted remotely, using the zoom platform.
🎯 The aim of establishing entrepreneurship and career development clubs in public schools is to help children living in the regions develop career management and entrepreneurship skills.
The trainings were conducted with the support of the European Union (EU) and Bread for the World (Brot) in the framework of the project "Skill Building and Innovative Job Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia", which is carried out by the Georgian Strategic Studies and Development Center (CSRDG), together with the Young Teachers Union (YPU) and the Georgian Civic Development Association (GCDA).
