By the consultation of Young Pedagogues Union, the partner schools of the organization prepared strategic development plans for the partner schools. The organization continues to assist schools in implementing this strategy. The goals of the prepared strategic plan do not only include the teaching-learning process also its development, it describes problems such as the involvement of parents and community members in the learning process, the impact of social policy on student development, the needs of vulnerable groups and more. Partner schools, with the help of members of the organization, develop concepts of ways in which the school can help solve the above problems. At this stage, the organization has prepared a guide for partner schools on the topic of developing a concept / program to address the challenges identified by schools. The document was sent to the school representatives, and a meeting was held with the school principals using the zoom platform.
