On March 18-21, the Young Pedagogues' Union organized meetings within the project "Skills Strengthening and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia".
Meetings for public schools from each region lasted for 2 days:
The introductory part of the first day was dedicated to the presentation of the project and a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the organizationsDuring the main part of the meeting, the training "Development of Entrepreneurship Competence" was conducted with the facilitation of the invited trainer Manana Jincharadze
During the training, the participants got acquainted with the European framework of entrepreneurial competence; Modern educational concepts that enable the effective development of entrepreneurial skills in students; The role and forms of school administration in this regard and more.
Meetings were conducted using the online platform Zoom, with maximum involvement of participants.
The meeting was held in the framework of the project "Skills Development and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia", which aims to develop and maintain local human capital and social and economic empowerment in the regions of Guria, Kakheti and Kvemo Kartli. The project is implemented by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia in cooperation with the Young Teachers Union and the Georgian Civic Development Association-Saga. The project is financially supported by the #EU delegation to Georgia.
