Self-esteem and correct communication methods
Within the framework of the "School Supporters Program" of Young Pedagogues Union, in the village Kviriketi a meeting was held with the participation of students of Ideas and Entrepreneurs Laboratory and representatives of the school administration.
The meeting was led by the school mentor - positive psycho consultant, communications expert Mako Jaoshvili. The first part of the meeting included a lecture on self-esteem and correct communication methods. Along with gaining theoretical knowledge, teenagers participated in team activities, together with a mentor, they discussed the importance of self-awareness, discovering and revealing strengths. At the meeting with the representatives of the school administration at the second stage, the invited speaker talked about the management of cultural, religious, ethnic and age diversity. It also focused on the impact of collaboration on organizational culture and success. Adults had the opportunity to ask interesting questions and receive relevant advice in the discussion mode.The meeting was held within the framework of the "Better Future" project with the financial support of the Brot für die Welt organization.
