"Skills Development and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Georgia's Regional Development"
The Georgian Center for Strategic Research and Development, together with two co-applicants, the Young Pedagogues Union (YPU) and the Georgian Civic Development Association (GCDA), are implementing a three-year EU-funded project "Skills Development and Innovative Employment Opportunities for Georgia's Regional Development" .
The Young Pedagogues Union (YPU) in Guria, Kakheti and Kvemo Kartli regions will directly lead one of the main directions of the project, which is the establishment of entrepreneurship and career development clubs (ECD clubs) in public schools, through which children living in the regions will develop career management and entrepreneurship. -Habs.
On November 25 of this year, the first meeting with the partner organization representing the Kakheti region - the Georgian Civic Development Association (GCDA) was held using the online platform zoom.
The meeting was introductory, during which the representatives of the Young Pedagogues' Union introduced the partners to the brief history of the organization, the main directions, many years of successful work with young people in non-formal education, our vision for the project and 6 months of planned and planned activities.
The participants in the meeting expressed their goodwill and readiness for close cooperation at all stages of the project. At the end, another meeting was planned, the purpose of which will be to get acquainted with the main directions and experience of the partner organization.
