On July 10-12, youth training "Gender roles and stereotypes" was held

Among the issues discussed were:

history of women's rights, feminism;

Gender equality, unpaid work;

violence, early marriage, gender and limited opportunity;

Participants who successfully complete the training will be given the opportunity to receive funding (€500) to implement local initiatives and projects that will promote gender equality awareness, women's economic empowerment and political participation.

Youth trainings are carried out within the framework of the project "Women's power - economic and political participation for an inclusive society in Georgia", which is implemented by the international organization "Women for a Common Future (WECF Georgia)" in cooperation with local partners and with the financial support of the European Union.
