Career Planning and Management
On February 15, 16 and 17 , 2021, a training on "Career Planning and Management" was held with the participation of the staff of the Young Pedagogues Union and representatives of the saga of the Kakheti region partner organization.
The training was complex in content and mainly included:
Elements of trainers training
Familiarity with the theories and methodology necessary for career planning and management
Breaking down career myths and stereotypical visions
The training was led by a career management specialist, invited trainer Salome Vachnadze.
