Meetings with mentors were held in partner public schools

📣 Within the framework of the program of school supporters of Young Pedagogues Union, meetings with mentors were held in partner public schools of the organization.
✅Members of the network of school supporters Mako Jaoshvili (doctor of social sciences, education expert), Khatuna Gogelia (gestalt therapist, neurobiologist, doctor of biology) and Goga Chanadir (photojournalist, civil activist) discussed the following topics at the meeting:
▫️ The importance of the participation and involvement of adults during the challenges in the environment, the role of civil activism in the said process;
▫️ self-evaluation, self-observation;
Barriers in choosing a profession and career planning.
📌 The program has been implemented since 2021 and its goal is to increase the involvement of adults in the process of improving the school and community environment.
Mentors actively work together with students to identify problems and then search for ways to solve them.
📍The meetings were held with the financial support of the European Union (EU) and "Bread for the World" (Brot) within the framework of the "Skill Building and Innovative Job Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia" and "For a Better Future" projects. , which is implemented by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG), together with the Young Pedagogues Union (YPU) and the Georgian Civil Development Association-Saga (GCDA).
